Delete Your Gamechanger GED AI Tutor Account

You can permanently request deletion of your Gamechanger GED AI Tutor account at any time. This page explains how. The app is published by Gamechanger AI Tutor, operated by ELEARNSA (PTY) LTD (package com.gamechanger.aitutor).

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

If you are signed in on Android, open the Gamechanger GED AI Tutor app and go to Settings > Legal > Delete My Account. Tap the link and follow the on-screen instructions to submit a deletion request to our support team.

Option 2 — Request deletion by contacting support

Email gamechanger@elearnsa.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request — Gamechanger GED AI Tutor".

So that we can verify your identity, please include your full name and the email address associated with your account.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your user profile (name, email, grade, subjects)
• Your learning progress (lessons, quizzes, study plans)
• Your saved preferences and settings
• Your AI Coach chat history (where applicable)

What we may keep

Some information may be retained where we are legally required to keep it (for example, payment and tax records, fraud-prevention logs, or records needed to comply with a court order). Retained data is kept only for as long as the law requires and is protected by the security measures described in our Privacy Policy.

How long it takes

Deletion requests are normally completed within 7 business days of receipt. We will email you a confirmation once your account and associated data have been removed.
